MarieChristine is the perfect hostess and looked after us so well - she is the main reason for the high ratings! We had a nice stay in this lovely small village and could walk up to the castle in the early morning. It was useful to be able to make tea and use the fridge. We also had a nice picknic at the table on the veranda, with a view of thhe mountains.

We stayed 1 night during our 3-week Occittanie cycling trip in September. Flexible checkin and good communication with the host via WhatsApp. We were able to check in early, eat our picnic lunch outside on the deck (attached photo shows view from deck), and then hike up to see Peyrepertuse that afternoon. The village is quiet and we really enjoyed our dinner at la Batteuse just up the road. It was also interesting to talk with the host who has lived here a long time. Hearty breakfast.

Host speaks French and Spanish some English but it was never a problem for us as we only speak English. She was very helpful and friendly. Property is in a good location. Breakfast was lovely.
