Clean, quiet, roomy, well lit. Parking outside door. Heating had been turned on so I didn’t walk into a cold room. Newspaper delivered to room each morning!

Nice quiet area but central to everything. Units have everything you need and lovely owners. Very easy access for my elderly mother. I’d definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Dunedin

We always try and stay here whenever we come to Dunedin although it is a little dated it's very clean and the bed is comfortable.
