Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the hotel.If you are making payment using another cardholder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the hotel prior to your arrival:

2) Copy of the cardholder's card (front and back of card with cardholder's signature)

Children under 4 years old are free of charge if sharing room with parents.

There will be a compulsory fee applied for Christmas and New year Gala Dinner(31/12) and not included room rate and surcharge rate, which will be charged upon check-in date. A deposit is required upon check-in for additional services or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure. Deposit only in VND.
Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in. For children, birth certificates are required. If birth certificates are not provided, guests under 55 inches will be considered children aged 4 – 12 years old.
When using Vinpearl’s services, guests consent to the property’s use of the photographs taken for statistics. These photographs will not be disclosed to third parties outside Vingroup. Each villa room has a different number of occupancy for children. Please contact the property for further information.
Guests are required to check the room’s furniture and mini-bar (food and drinks) upon check-in and check-out.

Please provide the flight number (such as VJ975, VJ979 …) & contact at least 48 hrs prior arrival date for complimentary airport transfer by shuttle bus arrangement. In case we do not receive the above required information, we understand that you arrange the transportation to our hotel by yourself.

Location. Right next to the beach which is pristine and picturesque. Kids friendly. Kids area and kids pool is amazing. We had great time here.

My recent stay at Vinpearl Resort & Spa Phu Quoc was nothing short of idyllic. From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of serene luxury and impeccable service. The resort's sprawling grounds are beautifully landscaped, creating a tranquil escape with lush greenery and meticulously maintained pathways leading to the stunning beachfront. The accommodations were equally impressive. My room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and boasted breathtaking views of the ocean. The attention to detail was evident, from the comfortable bedding to the well-appointed bathroom and the thoughtful amenities provided. Each day felt like waking up in a haven of relaxation. What truly set Vinpearl Resort & Spa apart was its exceptional hospitality. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile. Whether it was the seamless check-in process, the prompt and efficient room service, or the helpful recommendations from the concierge, every interaction was a pleasure. The resort also offers a fantastic array of facilities to enhance any stay. The swimming pool was a delight, perfect for a refreshing dip under the tropical sun. - Room was outdated but super clean. The bed was comfy. The baby cot looks very cute. - The beach was just steps from the hotel reception, clean and safe. - Breakfast offered a wide variety of food and especially lots of vegetarian options. We especially loved the Vietnamese specialities (pho, banh mi, xoi, chao) and the Korean bibimbap. - Very friendly and helpful front office staff. They were attentive enough to offer us help even before we started asking. - The pool was huge
