Rooms are accessed by the keys which are to be collected from the key safe.Property does not have a reception and is not able to storage luggage for guest before check-in or after check-out times.Access to the rooms is through spiral narrow XVI century staircase only and those with limited mobility should be aware about this inconvenience.Royal Mile Suites by the Castle are located just off Edinburgh Castle and there is no parking of the property. Guests are kindly asked to park their cars at large car park with can be accessed by 7 minutes walk from the property. Limited payable parking spaces can be find near the property. Map with the parking locations will be provided to guest directly by the property self check-in instructions.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

A perfect hideaway studio with cooking facilities if needed. Lovely caring touches of provided tea/coffee/ biscuits including some milk which I wasn’t expecting for a self catering room. Loved the spiral old stone staircase- historic Hogwarts vibe. Though would want to climb them if I’d been out drinking!

The property was stunning, very medieval and enchanting! The stairs was a fun experience to get to the apartment! However it was tough to climb! Excellent location! The property owners left us a little welcome gift which was so lovely!
