I absolutely loved the view—especially from my room—which offered a truly breath-taking sight of the mountains and a cascading waterfall. The sight and sound of the waterfall brought a deep sense of tranquillity, making the stay even more special. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the housekeeping and support staff were excellent and honest. We accidentally left our phone in the room, and the Manager, Chammi, went the extra mile by locking the room until we returned to ensure no one entered. That kind of integrity really stood out. I rate the views, cleanliness, and honesty of the staff very highly. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone heading to Ella.
