From the outside we were a bit dissapointed but when we entered our rooms on the 2nd floor everything was really great. We booked all the floor so we saw eachothers rooms and they were all big. Very nice place. Some rooms had kitchen and all rooms were big. Also the bathrooms were all awsome. Very good renovation.

The location is great. Just about 2mins walk to the tram. And 7mins to the train station by transport. The center of the city is easily accessible too. Everything meets my expectation except for the fact that there was no microwave to warm my pizza. I mean thats very necessary item to have and also the property has no mini refridgerator to preserve drinks and fresh fruits which is important . Also the pillow could be replaced with better ones. In addition, the internet TV was not working , i guess because there was no active wifi . Which leaves you with local channels to deal with. I would have love to switch to my Netflix account or atleast youtube. Finally, i love the location and the room is cozy. It is worth the price and i will definitely book again anytime i visit Erfurt.

Value for money modern room, with essential goods available and a useful shared kitchen with basics. Location was great, just 10’ walk from the Dom or 2’ by metro which stops almost in front of the house. The room had everything you need for a short stay and the access was super easy with the instructions provided by them in advance:)

the apartment is really cozy and well equipped. Warm atmosphere, it makes you feel home. Really nice to stay .
