The hotel was modern, clean and the staff was very friendly (especially the FO team and Ali). Had a great time here. The breakfast was fine and the kitchen staff even accommodated our special requests we had for the breakfast. Parking was easy and straightforward. And what’s also good is the location nearby the business park and many restaurants in walking distance.

From the moment we arrived until check-out, I was genuinely impressed by the service at this hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable, perfect place to relax after a busy day. The staff were exceptional: incredibly friendly and always ready to help. A special thank you to Karim and Ali whose warm hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable! They are a genuine asset to the hotel! The hotel facilities are modern and well-maintained and the location is conveniently close to everything. The parking facilities were also very well organized, which is a big plus in Eschborn/Frankfurt. In short: we will gladly come back!
