The free shuttle only operates from the hotel to the airport. It is available between the following times:
- Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 10:00
- Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 08:00 to 11:00.
Please note that it is not possible to use the shuttle to travel from the airport to the hotel.Regarding free shuttle from the hotel to Geneva airport, we inform you that drops off will be done on the French side.Please note that the payable private indoor car park has a height limit of 210 cm.Please note that the name on the credit card and photo identification must match the name on the booking reservation. If this is not the case, the hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to the accommodation.All guests staying at the property must provide a photo identification at check-in.End-of-stay cleaning is included for stays up to 4 nights. Excellent value for money. Quite central to the airport. Breakfast was good. I got told I had a bath but ended up with a shower, and that shower was a hand held shower head.Broken side lamp. I also had one of the male staff knock on my room door at 8.30 am, then let himself in before I could answer, I was half naked. Wasn't impressed. He said, "are you checking out today?". Kind of strange to do that at 8.30 am when check out was at 11 and I was only doing so the next day. I received no apology. No usb charging points and reception doesn't provide that either, so make sure other guests take an adapter. Otherwise, again, good value for money. Just a few sore points they could fix easily.

It was a convenient and sunny apartment. The bathroom is big and clean. It is very close to Geneva airport and public bus station.

The receptionist is enthusiastic, with the room being spacious and clean, and the kitchenware clean.

Great staff, comfortable rooms, good location (not far from the airport, on French side). You will have a small kitchen in the room and will be able to cook food for yourself.
