Leonardo was extremely polite and helpful with the check-in process and suggesting restaurants in the area. He also got us the ZTL permit for being able to drive up to the property to unload our luggage. This very cozy hotel is right in the old center in a quiet street. The room was large, with wonderful wood beams on the ceiling, hardwood floors and nice furniture. Bathroom is also large and there is even a radio in the bathroom, which is a very fun idea! There is a common area where you can make coffee, tea, heat up food and even have some wine! There is also a small garden in the courtyard. Their onsite parking was fully-booked but there is a paid parking very close to the hotel so parking is not an issue. I would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Italy! It's also worth mentioning that Ferrara is a lovely, clean and safe town, we had a great time and wonderful food during our stay.

Extraordinary location in the old jew neighborhood. The building is astonished, probably very old but restaured in very professional manner. The host was so kind and attentive. It really feel like in your home. .

Clean an perfect location! Great host, flexible and quick with responding on questions. He gave good suggestions for the dinner and helped us for the parking!
