Comfortable and clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Cleanliness was noticeable daily.

Great location only 5-10 mins from the main centre. Close to the Central market. Able to accommodate early check in. Up a few flights of steps and greeted well by the receptionist. Room was a good size but missing a few home comforts e.g. no fridge in the room (communal fridge in the lobby). The buffet breakfast was average compared to everywhere else we've stayed but compensated by the roof top terrace with a direct view of the Duomo. Summary: great location, average service.

The room we had was large and clean and well fitted out. The staff were attentive and helpful. There were 69 steps leading up to the guest house with no lift but we were helped with our luggage.
