Loved meeting the super friendly and welcoming Pat & Sheena (our awesome hosts), plus their adorable little pug, Marley!🤗🐶 The room and en-suite were spotless, and the view was amazing. 🌟 We actually enjoyed the short uphill walk from the main street downtown, felt like a fun mini workout on StairMaster! By the way, it’s only a 10-15 minute walk from downtown, super convenient and easy to get around! You’ll find great restaurants, cozy cafes, historical spots and essentials like pharmacies and supermarkets (Morrisons, Tesco Express, Lidl) all nearby.

The view from the room was beautiful, and the bed was very comfortable. We weren't able to try the breakfast as they had some repair work needed in the dining room during our stay, but there were many options in the town. It is up a steep hill from town, but Pat let us know that ahead of time, so it was not a problem for us.
