Hotel Overview

This exclusive 5-star residence offers a solar-heated swimming pool and a wooden deck with views of the Franschhoek Mountains. Each of the air-conditioned rooms has an iPod Docking Station.
Free Wi-Fi and a satellite LCD TV with DVD player are available in each of Last Word Franschhoek’s accommodations. A work desk and luxurious bathroom are also standard in each.
A buffet breakfast is served on the covered veranda that overlooks the pool. Various award-winning restaurants are situated within a 5-minute walk from Franschhoek Last Word.
After a refreshing swim, guest can order a cool drink at the bar or doze off on a sun lounger. Spa treatments and picnic baskets are available upon request for a lazy afternoon.
The hotel provides free, secured parking and an airport shuttle to Cape Town International Airport, a 45-minute drive away. Stellenbosch is a 20-minute drive from the property.

We were welcomed by Cameron the Manager on our arrival, and it was obvious to us to see he was very proud of the hotel he managed as he checked us into our room Everything was beautiful and the standards were incredibly high. The detail of the premises were next to none the lounge, the pool and breakfast were just amazing. We would highly recommend this hotel for any visit to Franschhoek .Very close to the Main Street and the vineyard's.

Excellent attention to detail. Very helpful staff. Beautiful, comfortable room. Ideally located in close proximity to the restaurants and shops. Quiet refuge to retreat to. Lovely pool. Just perfect.

The place was just off the Main Street of Franschhoek but so central. It felt like a well kept secret. Beautiful and spacious inside, a fabulous design and wonderful people. Perfect for our one night stay.
