The superior room came with the amenities we missed in the classic room: water and bathrobe. Lovely park view, great facilities: generous lobby, great indoor pool and sauna, stunning park and breakfast room. Staff was excellent and went out of their way to help us.

Excellent and helpful staff, location close to city center, lovely breakfast room, and facilities, great gardens and park, indoor pool and adjacent Orangerie so we did not have to leave the building for the evening event we had booked.

The young man working at reception on Sunday afternoon, September 1st, was fantastic and took care of everything perfectly. Fantastic customer service. Great start to our stay. Room was fine, though a little warm with it being so hot in Fulda and AC not standard. Views from balcony room were fantastic. Breakfast was truly spectacular. Food selection was impressive and the setting is absolutely top tier. Stunning.
