Super easy to check in. The hotel receptionist (a young man from Ukraine) was friendly and helped us out when we needed things. Great location. Really close to Kelvingrove and the University. The room was spacious and had the usual fridge, kettle, tea and coffee machine. There was also a nice table and two chairs to work from. We liked the little bar which was open late at night.
