You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.You will collect keys and complete your check-in at the Wow Stay office, located at the Circle on Cavill building, 9 Ferny Avenue, Surfers Paradise.If arriving after hours, or nominating someone else to collect keys on your behalf, you will be required to complete a Guest Agreement form.
If the completed Guest Agreement form passes our validity requirements, we will send you instructions to Lock Box, located at 9 Ferny Avenue, Surfers Paradise.
If your completed Guest Agreement form does not pass our Validation requirements, or is not submitted by office close time, the reservation will be marked as a no-show and no refunds will be given.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00.We reserve the right to terminate a booking without refund if guests display abusive or threatening behavior toward staff, are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or engage in conduct that poses a safety risk to themselves, staff, or other guests at any time from booking through departure.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Amazing view of Surfers. All rooms and living area was clean and everything was working, including wifi which was quick. Beds were comfy and the little nooks by the windows were lovely to sit by and just people watch. Our apartment location was directly below a set of shops which was handy for food and snacks, had attractions and close to a woolworths. Across the road was also Main Beach so it was lovely being able to take a stroll at any time of the day. Easy access to the tram and bus if needed. Very easy check in and check out process. A handy one pager is given to you with information about getting to the property and some basic information on parking and getting around.
