Please note, according to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs.All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarised authorisation signed by the absent parent, along with a notarised copy of that parent´s ID.Please note that some bookings may require preauthorization of the credit card at the time of booking.The transfer service at São Paulo International Airport (GRU) is available hourly only in Terminal 2 – ArrivalsWhen travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of R$ 100,00 taxes per pet, per night applies. We came from the airport. The hotel was wonderful, exceeded our expectations. The restaurant on the 1st floor was open when we arrived at 21h00. The service and Buffet was excellent. The room was immaculate, everything very clean. The breakfast (which was included) was wonderful. Beautifully decorated restaurant with fresh flowers on the table. I highly recommend this hotel if you needto be close to the airport, arriving or departing. 15 minutes from GRU.

The service of shuttle is very good with loads of space on the bus, several working hours which makes good when you have an early flight. Very comfy and clean rooms and good location too, near to several amenities and good places to eat.
