Perfect Family Stay in the Heart of Hanoi Our 3-night stay was perfect for our family of four (daughters aged 10 and 12). The hotel arranged a seamless airport taxi via WhatsApp, and the staff were incredibly pleasant and accommodating throughout our visit. The hotel was ideal for our family, offering two separate, clean bedrooms, both with en-suites. Its brilliant location in the Old Quarter down a quiet street was a huge plus, with a Michelin-star restaurant just steps away. Considering the excellent price, this hotel offers fantastic value. We would definitely stay and recommend it again!

Location is good with lots of eating places around. We had joining room 2 adults and 2 kids. Staff helpfull. Breakfast was pay and eat which we did not use as all activities started early from the hotel we ate mid way. Early morning u get some coffe shops open around the hotel.There are a few umbrella at the entrance. The floor manager gave us a early check in.There are banana and some kind of savoury snacks at the reception.
