I loved everything about the Hotel. Location is very central to everything. The Staff are friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable Rooftop pool and bar is beautiful.

The staff were excellent, especially our Room Maid whose name was Moon, she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant manager and his staff did a great job under pressure as there were a number of large tour groups over the week we were there, they made sure we we looked after. Dang, who we think was one of the Assistant Managers, helped us as my partner has a medical condition which requires her medication to be kept cold at all times to make sure she was not compromised. The staff at this hotel make the visit!
