Turn down service, with chocolates or a pillow spray everyday. The cleaners were really good. The location of the hotel is excellent, it's attached to Pacific place mall and Admiralty Station (metro) which is very convenient. All staff at the hotel were polite and helpful and displayed a really good attitude. Breakfast had a lot of variety too.

Property’s location - Admiralty Station directly accessible in fully weather protected conditions. Property connects directly to classy shopping centre from which there’s access to HK Park.

Location was absolutely great, the hotel staff was very friendly, the hotel had excellent restaurants/lounges, and it was extremely clean. Our room made spend about 20 minutes each day cleaning and putting everything tip-top in our room.
