We had a nice time in Ellaa. Staff are courteous and polite. An extra shout out to security staff who helped me retrieve my phone which I had forgotten in the rental auto. Food is good too

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection. The staff at breakfast was very forthcoming and helpful. The location is great. The hotel is next to a park, away from the main road, which is good for smaller children. The pool is heated.
