The fine print
Please note, air conditioning is only available from June until the first week of September.The private beach is available from 1 May until 30 September.For all types of room even with multiple beds the place on the beach is composed of no more than two sunbeds and one umbrella.When booking full board or half board, please note that drinks are not included. Please note that meals are served at the restaurant along the Main Street and is normally served in a single plate followed by a dessert.The hotel owners also manage a local à la carte terrace-bar and restaurant-pizzeria with karaoke, live music and 2 for 1 cocktails.Some rooms have recently been completely renovated.Any little babies or children not indicated/declared upon reservation will be charged as extra upon checking-in at the hotel.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Great staff, very helpful and nice. Decent breakfast buffet, comfy and clean room, nice location with short walk to the beach, supermarket, restaurants etc. The restaurant was also really good and the staff super nice. Good location for ironman venice, with early breakfast.

The room was perfect. Bigger than I had expected. Very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was also excellent. Lots of choice.
