I was traveling with my dog. When I entered a room, I saw a small treat for my Rudy and a place for him to sleep. I was very touched by this :) The breakfast was amazing :)

The hotel is situated at the top of the main pedestrianized shopping area with the harbour at the other end. The exterior look is pleasantly old fashioned but the interior is very modern and fresh. The room we had was rather small with an uninspiring window outlook but had a comfortable bed, ample lighting & sockets, a good DVB HD TV and a small fridge. The bathroom was large with a roomy shower cubicle and modern fixtures and fittings. The breakfast room was bright and comfortable and the breakfast buffet provided boiled & scrambled eggs, frikadellen, sausages as well as various bread rolls and black bread with cheese and sliced meat. There was fruit, yoghurt & cereal as well as coffee & various types of tea. Everything was very tasty. The staff were very friendly. There is a lift to the upper floor but some rooms and areas are split level so might be unsuitable for those with mobility issues.

Very clean and newly renovated room. It was quite big, almost a 'mini-suite' with a sleeping compartment and a separate area with sofa and chairs. Staff really friendly. Breakfast good, with fine selection of youghurts, mueslis, fresh fruit, fruit salad, scrambled eggs, sausages - and the usual bread rolls and spread.
