Great parking space. Lovely little garden / outside sitting area. Plenty of room in property, comfy, warm (in November), fantastic facilities throughout, couple of minutes drive to petrol station, pub for meals, supermarket and Kendal town. Easy access to the Lakes. Great hosts who leave you to enjoy your time in peace but are easily contacted if needed.
