Wasn’t too sure to expect as this was pretty much half the price of similar places to stay. However room was really clean, great facilities including a washer & dryer in the room and a decent balcony. I stayed in building 4 and the pool area and two hot tubs by my building were excellent. Gym in main building 20 was also excellent as I just needed a decent treadmill. Surpassed my expectations for the money and great location for shops, restaurants & the parks.

Facilities were spotless, and the size was above expectations, complete with kitchen and laundry facilities! Great value and the location was perfect.

room very far from reception, it was late at night so took a long time to get checked in well ages and ages and had to get taxi bus to the room building

Lovely little apartment, small kitchenette but has washing machine and dryer which was great. Sitting out on balcony in the evenings was perfect. Will definitely stay here again

Enjoyed staying here, only issues we had was at the pools, no WiFi and struggled to get sun loungers as all taken with towels on them and not enough people in pool to justify taken beds. I know most people would be using their own data for WiFi but as we're from Scotland it would cost us $9 per person per day to activate our UK tariff which is just not cost effective

Loved that there were activities right at the place. Water arobics, bingo, movies, crafts etc. Also food at a couple pools and shuttle provided 2xs a day to grocery store. Several restaurants and stores a short walk away. Shuttle to theme parks as well. We didn't need a car while staying here as we could get around great walking along side of a couple of ubers. Also very nice to have a kitchen to cook a couple of meals and the outdoor propane( provided propane) was a huge bonus!

There are 7 pools so no matter which room you had you were very close to pool. There were plenty of ‘beds’ towels etc and and temperature of water was good. Occasionally there was an aqua arobic class which was fun. We tended to go to our nearest walk about 2-3 mins! Also very impressed that when we raised a little disappointment with location of our apartment, check in clerk was able to change it for us!! If you like to read, you can borrow a book to read whilst there too. Our room was very well looked after with clean linen and cleanliness of the apartment! All the pools we visited were well maintained and plenty of towels, beds etc were available. All in all, we were very impressed! We noticed that no matter the age, there was something for everyone!

It is a small apartment. TV room (with a bed), bedroom, compact Kitchen, and big restroom. They don't clean the room (for me it was perfect).

It was a very good location. They have a shuttle that moves you around, takes you to the supermarket, epcot and universal. Every time we needed something they delivered it fast
