Easy check-in and check out. Friendly and polite staff. Comfortable bed. Great toiletries. Excellent location.

My stay at Abad Plaza Hotel was very comfortable and value for money. The staff ,right from the reception to the cleaning staff were very courteous and helpful. Noticed that they do not have a bell boy or security ,to take care of the guests luggage before check in. Rest of the check in and baggage transfer to rooms was very smooth . The inhouse restaurant Regency ,is a big let down, as they provide a lunch buffet only, with a la carte option not at all encouraged. The buffet is very minimal and charged Rs.900 per head. The Kadaloram restaurant also has a buffet lunch for Rs.500 per head, which is better in terms of the accompaniments provided, but disappointed in that there was only one type of very normal fish curry.

An Exceptional Stay at Abad Plaza. From the moment I arrived at, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for an incredible stay. Queen Devu was truly amazing—attentive, courteous, and always eager to assist, making me feel right at home, Lahana truly inspiring. One of the standout highlights was the super amazing breakfast. Every morning was a delightful experience with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, ensuring that every guest starts their day on the right note. While the hotel property may be a little old, it more than makes up for it with its charm, cleanliness, and the impeccable service provided by the team. It gets busier and noisy sometimes, but nothing like a major concern. If you're searching for comfort, hospitality, and an unforgettable stay, look no further than Abad Plaza.
