We spent a few days close to nature, had breakfast at the table next to the grass, plants and flowers. Table is in the shade in the morning. Outside the fence beautiful seaview. In the afternoon we used our own Sun umbrella to eat/ sit for a while outside as there is no place with shade. In June in low season it was nice and calm place. Beatiful sunsets, landscapes in the area, paths to walk around and places to drive by car. The lady who takes care of the place tries to be very helpful. The closest Beach is very good, beautiful, not too small - Stones, clear water, however all Beach is covered with umbrellas and sunbeds, price 1000 lekes/ day (June 2023), there is a restaurant and toilets. There are other beaches in the area with crystal clear emerald water.

Garden around the house was great,lots of flowers,really spacious.It is great if you have kids to run and play.There was plenty towels,owner brought more 3rd day.She is a nice lady but she doesn't speak English,so communication was poor.Good thing is that beaches and cities Ksamil and Saranda are 5min away with car.There is one wild beach nearby(Edon Bina) and its great if you want quiet place,but you need to walk really bad road for 10 to 15min.There are more apartments in the house and they seem to be much better and bigger then ours,so maybe we just didn't have luck.
