Very large 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment with large swimming pool. The accommodation is somewhat tired looking. Ask to provide a bedside reading lamp if necessary. Excellent communication. Located within a small shopping mall which has an excellent dim sum restaurant.

The scenery view from the balcony is amazing with great view of kuching town, we love this apartmen coz can host up to 8 people in an apartment. The location and facility is amazing. You can watch Netflix and youtube..easy access to swimming pool and gym.

Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Jen,the agent is the most thoughtful,helpful and kind hearted. She provided us with all the information we needed. The apartment is really comfortable and nice.
