Lots of space had everything you needed all easily accessible .

A central but quiet location, easy to find, close to a beautiful park and also within easy walking distance of the lovely town centre of Boston, in Lincolnshire, a town with so much history, and riverside walks. Breakfast was a bonus as it was not included in description but cereals, milk and fruit were provided in addition to tea/coffee making facilities (as were cup a soup and cereal bars) . This was particularly appreciated as I had wondered where I might have been able to get breakfast on a Sun morning (prior to attending an event starting at 1000 hrs).

I came to stay because my mum is in the local hospital. Linda is such a welcoming host, the room was spotless and it’s on a nice quiet street near the town centre. The owners of this place have done themselves proud. Good value for money also.
