Builders were working on property and although there were signs up warning us and what time they would start, they started about half an hour earlier than stated.

Wonderful from start to finish, friendly staff, very accommodating, nothing was too much bother. Very clean and comfortable. Great location close to Victoria stations.

The room was perfectly adequate, the bathroom was clean well stocked, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast exceptional. The staff were extremely helpful, and accommodating. The hotel is very close to Victoria Station, just 5 minutes walk away, so very convenient.
