Between two main parks, near Oxford and Piccadilly streets, close to Palace. Convenient drive in, tasty a la carte breakfast, clean rooms, all works. We have had 2 double beds for me, spouse and two kids. Not much hotels offer this kind of accommodation.

The staff, food and area were all excellent but the rooms are looking quite threadbare and for a room that has had no refurbishment since the last time I stayed there, the cost had tripled. Additionally, the water felt “greasy” like there were chemicals in it. V unpleasant
