I never experienced any trouble during my stay this time :) Hospitality was perfect, from the entrance of the hotel to your room you are treated in the best way a guest can be treated. Last time I stayed in The May Fair, there were some latency issues especially for waiting to be seated and during serving drinks during breakfast, but this time everything was perfect.

From the moment we walked into Mayfair, the hotel staff made us feel so welcome. It's quite an imposing building, but everyone was so friendly. Gabriella, on reception, gave us the warmest welcome of any hotel we have ever been in, and the incredible customer service continued in the bar and the restaurant. The stay at the Mayfair was literally perfect.
