Everything and, especially, being 100% plant based vegans, the breakfast was exceptional, we were both catered for so well! It made such a welcome change, the staff had been told we were vegan and and made sure all vegan options were advised to us and there were many! Location, for us, was excellent, we walked miles each day. A very wonderful experience all round and the drinks waiters could not have been friendlier or more professional. Great live jazz too!

I love this hotel. The staff are fabulous - welcoming, helpful and friendly. The location is great, so near Russell Square underground and on a quiet street. Wonderful breakfast and a very good in-house bar and restaurant.
