First of all I can admit super polite, helpful and friendly staff. Unfortunately, my bus from Krakow was delayed and I arrived in the curfew. Oleksandra explained by messages how to check in, sent me video and answered my really late call when I couldn’t open the door from the building. The apartment was spotless with comfy furnitures, all needed kitchen utilities and without any unpleasant odours. The lady also took care of leaving the windows open for fresh air. Thus I can highly recommend this flat for booking.

Great location in the historical city center surrounded by charming cafes with Christmas decorations. In the apartment you will find particularly everything you need. I would emphasize how soft was matrass! I slept like on a cloud! Also, heaters work great. And there is always hot water at your disposal.
