The area was great and the unit is good. Owner attend to my query very fast. Unit is spacious too.

It has both washer and dryer, perfect for a big family like us. The kitchen is also fully equipped so we can cook some simple fares for the baby who’s travelling with us. Fridge is cold enough and not leaking. The rooms are clean and aircon is cold enough. The location is good except that we have to jaywalk to the nearby malls which is no fault of the owners. The owners are also quick to respond to our requests for additional access card, dishwashing liquid and toilet rolls. The owner is also extremely kind to extend our checkout time to 2pm so we can enjoy a good lunch before we leave the city!

The host did provide very detailed info for us on how to check in and out. They even send a private message to ask us whether we have check in or not. Very caring host.
