Highway 120 (Tioga Pass) typically closes from late October until July. When the Tioga Road is closed, it is not possible to drive to Tuolumne Meadows or enter Yosemite National Park from the east. All other park entrances, including those along Highway 120 from the west, Hetch Hetchy, Highway 140, and Highway 41, remain open all year.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The location is beautiful and the lodge reception and bar is really cosy and reminds us of ski lodges in Switzerland. We stayed in a cabin which if you can I would really recommend.

This is a very unique place with a very special atmosphere. The rooms were very cozy and the common area with the fireplace and the mountains and the lake just outside the window are trully special.
