Booked to check in at 2pm and when we got to hotel we were told room wouldn’t be ready until 6pm We are pensioners and not very impressed with this

The staff was very very polite, super friendly and ready to help. They were happy to assist with any query and made my stay a positive experience. Location is good, under 10 mins away from Piccadilly Train Station, facilities clean, all as expected. I liked the coffee/tea in the bathroom, soap/towels, water bottle filling station on the ground floor, a pool and a bar.
