The hotel is beautifully decorated, all staff were amazingly nice and always ready to assist with a smile. Special thanks to Nadia who made sure I was taking care of prior my arrival and welcomed me warmly. Definitely recommend!

The property was amazing and the staff were very helpful and hospitable. Particular mention of the staffs that were helpful were as follows: Lahcen- the guest relations officer who came to help me when I was waiting for 1 hour at the reception to check in. Checking in can be improved. I waited from 2.35 to 4pm to check in. If not for the delay in the check-in, I would rate this hotel 10/10. However thanks to Lahcen, he managed to come to our rescue. The rest of the stay was awesome. Particular mention of the team and staff’s name that I recall were as follows: Swimming pool team- Do not have the names Breakfast restaurant staff- Khatijah, Chef Sami, and team Concierge team - Fatimah and her team mate The drivers - Mohamed and team Thanks to all the above for making our stay pleasurable. The Moroccan tea expert - Mohamed. Special kudos to him. Very nice chap.

The hotel was super beautiful. Gives a riyad feeling but it is very modern. The staff are absolutely lovely from being greeted by the lovely Bahija at breakfast and the very nice chef Sami. Furthermore our guest relation Lahcen was super accommodating and attentive. Overall amazing experience and recommended hotel in Marakesh
