Wonderful host, very helpful, amazing view from the terrace of the mountains, the bay and the harbor. Quite place away from noisy neighbors. Beautiful apartment with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, full kitchen facilities where it was nice to prepare a meal and several coffee machines. Comfortable space, very dog-friendly (it's not hot even in the middle of summer, and in the evening you feel pleasantly cool on the terrace). An ideal starting point for trips to the island of Krk, to the mountains in the Učka National Park or to Pula. In addition, a safe parking place and a restaurant 3 minutes from the house.

The apartment has a beautiful view, however it would have been a little bit far from the beach by walk, thus it was approachable by car (~10 minutes). The Host was extremely nice and really helpful - we had a problem with our car and he found us a car mechanist in an hour and the car was ready the next day. He offered us lovely places, restaurants, of which a few we tried and they were amazing. I can only recommend the accomodation, it is a great place to rest. :-)

The location is exquisite. Situated in a peaceful area up the hill of Matulji, the apartment offers a wonderful view over the Kvarner Gulf and Opatija. As Kvarner Gulf is an eye catcher during the day, Opatija by night is an enchantment. The apartment itself is nicely decorated and equipped for all the needs you can imagine. Your car will be safely parked in the backyard. The host tries his best to meet the wishes of his customers. You will be welcomed with a bottle of local wine and most likely invited for a wine evening. Cute! It's a place to come back to. Just have in mind a few things: you need a car to climb up and down the hill and be aware to check-out not later than 10:00 a.m.
