The balance to be paid 60 days prior to arrival. If the above payment terms are not met , The hotel reserves the right to cancel of the booking.A card will be required on check in for payment. If the card will not be present at check in then please contact the hotel to arrange payment in advance.A valid credit card or cash deposit is required to confirm a booking. Credit cards will be charged 48 hours prior to arrival and bookings made less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged upon booking. In the event of a no show or late cancellation, the hotel will charge the first night rate to the credit card used as guarantee. Should the card decline, we also reserve the right to advise of this accordingly and request cancellation of the booking.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Very nice hotel refurbishment even though purple is not my favourite colour for Christmas decorations! I liked that breakfast could also be ordered from kitchen if you didn't want the full buffet and the staff were speedy attentive and friendly Beds super comfortable and rooms very clean and well stocked
