Lovely delicate apartment with great view from both roof terrace and kitchen terrace. Sunbeds on roof terrace and table and chairs on kitchen terrace. Many placed to dry wet towels and swim clothes. Theres even a chower and spring water on the roof terrace. Close to old town. Walking distance to both supermarked, bus station and train station. Many small beaches nearby with the clearest water to swim in. Very friendly and helpfull owners in father Alex and son Rocky. They let us stay longer the day we left, booked airport shuttle for us, ordered and picked up pizza for us on arrival dayas we came late in the evening. We really enjoyed our stay here for one week, and will recommend this apartment.

Perfect location for ambling around Monopoli old town and around the harbour. Comfortable beds, great rooms, interesting features including spiral staircase to roof-top terrace. Terrace (by kitchen) perfect for dining and view over the harbour. Good effective air conditioning. Fixtures and fittings look modern and finished to high quality. Alex & Rocco were perfect hosts offering a very personal touch: - Helped with cases and booked dinner on arrival, together with providing a small welcome hamper of local provisions. - On departure left an early morning present of wonderful almond croissants. - Very friendly & helpful.

Monopoli is a great small town to stay in Puglia, with amazing restaurants where you can enjoy very nice fresh food. The apartment is situated in a prime location, making it easy to access all the local attractions in the historic centre. Being near the harbour, it offers beautiful views and a charming atmosphere. The apartment is spacious, clean and very well-equipped with everything you might need. The outdoor areas, including the balconies and rooftop terrace, are wonderful for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, providing us with local tips and restaurant recommendations. They were very attentive and available for a very late check-in when our flight was delayed, and even arranged for dinner at 23:00 that night. Alex also provided us with croissants for breakfast on the day we checked out. Overall, we had an incredible time in Monopoli and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. We would definitely return! Thank you to our wonderful hosts for making our stay memorable!
