The receptionist was incredible! She had a great sense of humor, was warm, attentive and gracious. The location of the hotel was good. The Plaza de Armas was a few blocks away. I stayed 1 night, and it was comfortable enough. Breakfast was good as well.

Not bad location only 2 km from centre. A good breakfast. There is a deposit safe at reception.
