This is a lovely hotel, not part of a chain so you get personal attention. The room was good, quiet and comfortable. The breakfasts were good also, and the bar was very convivial, with local and regional ales. I would definitely return.

Lovely room, comfortable bed, great breakfast. Internet was brilliant. Ate in the restaurant- food was really good. The town is charming with great walks.

Very comfortable bed, good breakfast. Quiet (once the bingo finished!). We ate at the Bistro in the evening and the food was good and reasonably priced.
