I likes that it felt rustic whilst at the same time being very modern in terms of high quality amenities, appliances and other creature comforts. Like the comfortable and quality bed and bathroom, coffee machine, nice new kitchen. Even if you wanted to make a fire, the fireplace would be amazing and the timber was supplied.

Beautiful quiet and private location, very well appointed guest house with lots of thoughtful inclusions like coffee machine, Google speaker for music, bath salts for the bath. Spotlessly clean. Very well located, close to Montville and lots of nice walks.
