A truly memorable experience we had at Edgestay. It exceeded my expectations. The food was exceptionally good especially egg curry and fish fry. The room was clean and had everything to make our stay comfortable. My kids loved the campfire location. We appreciated the warm and friendly atmosphere of the place. Thanks to Rachana, Prashant and kavitha for helping us have a good time.

Beautiful place. The greenery trumps everything else - a very well curated garden with so many types of plants, even a non-enthusiast will love them. It helps that it rained while we were there. They serve fabulous food. Homely taste and non-typical flavours that makes traveling worth it. It was largely non vegetarian, but some of the vegetarian dishes were also unique. Sitting in a dining pavilion with sloping terracotta roof without walls and unobstructed view of the gardens made every dining experience special. Rooms are homey and modest, but comfortable. The personal feeling in the interactions and service makes up for lack of elaborate guest facilities than one finds in hotels and commercial resorts. So come prepare for a more human experience rather than a manicured professional one. Rachna and Prashant are great people to chat up with and have for company.

The property is part of a 32 acre coffee plantation with one area of limited cottages, meant for larger travelling groups (4-5 bed cottages). This is a cozy home stay , with wonderful owners and staff who will go the extra mile to accommodate your needs. Evenings are organised around private bonfires with barbecued starters followed by a dinner buffet of home cooked food. The property has a beautifully maintained garden that adds more charm; coupled with 4 dogs who live here.
