Great value close to Narita airport. We had the double room and it was of a decent size. There was a mild musty smell but it was clean and the staff are efficient and lovely. The included breakfast was a nice surprise- simple but tasty and satisfying. I would definitely recommend.

The staff were always helpful. The breakfast was good. Location to the train station was good. All in all met our expectations

Everything is good and worth the money. Room is small but has everything. It would be good if bathroom can be bigger. I found i cannot close the door when sitting on the toilet lol.
