Convenient for starting the Northern Circuit hike. Good to be able to get dinner nearby. Clean, comfortable room.

Friendly and the lower rooms access is via a really cool climbing hall. Big kitchen is super convenient.

All the areas of the backpackers were super clean, bathrooms were kept tidy and room was tidy and clean, there was a heater provided which heated the room perfectly. the rock climbing wall area was really neat, we didnt try but saw familys and other guests using it. location is perfect if exploring the national park.

Such a great atmosphere Mpst people come and go for the Tongariro Crossing, so it's usually short stays Very nice quite place
