We were thrilled that they couldn't fulfil our booking for a twin room - because they gave us two separate rooms instead which was fantastic! Could have been because of the massive renos they are doing. Quite a few of the floors were inaccessible. They have a water bottle station just near the lift which is great (free). Very helpful staff. :)

Great hotel! Location is top ! Close to times square and bryant park. Easy to get from airport. Staff is friendly. They can store your luggage for free. Also in lobby there is free coffee and tea . I would recommend this hotel.

Very close to time square. Everything was in walking distance. Joanne at the front desk was lovely!
