Breakfast was good. Nice placement but you really need a car to get to the ski areas and shopping. The Hotel can help you rent skis and boots online. The service of having it brought to the Hotel is really nice.

This is a great place to stay if you have a car. Loved the big kitchen and dinning area. It's a short distance away from Niseko Village gondola.

4 of us stayed 2 nights in 2 twin rooms on 27th and 28th Feb 2023. We love the cosiness, cleanliness and spacious rooms, warmth, the use of the big kitchen, and dining hall in the chalet. Love the quiet and beautiful winter surroundings too. Staff - Roisin and Toshiya were responsive and helpful before and throughout our stay in coordinating our ski lessons, rental and meal information.

Comfortable twin room #2 (Lake Louise) with great shower, excellent shared kitchen , dining and washing machine. No problems leaving bags before check-in and after check-out to go ski the day Really good gaijan breakfast (coffee, bacon eggs, pancakes) at ski lodge next door
