The location was excellent in relation to why I was there. The bed was very comfortable. On arrival staff were already preparing my paperwork for checking in which was very efficient. Staff I encountered were polite and helpful.

Venue/Staff were amazing! Food is also quality would recommend. Will be stopping again should I be in Burnley for work again. Special shoutout to the young lady who was working behind the bar during my stay on the 27th. She was in incredibly welcoming & clearly has great rapport with local patrons. Wish it was my local!

The breakfast was very good quality and big portions. Amazing comfy bed, I got a great nights sleep which is what it is all about. Nice staff.
