Apartment Hotel Overview

Located in the picturesque village of Oia of Santorini, Aspa Villas features a sun terrace with views over the Aegean Sea, the Caldera and the sunset. It offers Cycladic-style studios and traditional cave units, just 20 metres from a bus stop.
Aspa Villas offers all the modern facilities for a pleasant stay, such as free wireless internet access throughout the entire complex and a small outdoor pool. Some offer stunning views of the Caldera.
The warmly decorated studios and apartments are constructed with respect to the local architecture. All of the rooms incorporate a simple interior and spectacular vista of the Aegean Sea or the Caldera from their balcony.

The villa is very close to the centre, in a quieter area, which we prefer. There is also a bus stop right outside the villa which is very convenient. The host is very attentive, helpful and super friendly, and made sure we have everything we need. We stayed at a unit that has a terrace with a beautiful view of the centre and the sunset view is amazing. We had a great time at the villa and Oia.

Property location is perfect, just 10min walk from main Oia’s scenic locations. The amenities in the property are very good, we enjoyed pool, jacuzzi, valley overlooking dining tables. Along with a very courteous staff. Every thing was thoughtfully taken care of by Nikoletta and team. We loved the nuances like welcome wine, parting gift, awesome suggestions. Thank you for making our stay soo lovely. We would highly recommend Aspa Villas to anyone visiting the property. And would surely book them again in our next visit.

Amazing, friendly service. Very comfortable and modern room, with a fridge stocked with breakfast items. A very convenient location with beautiful views.
